How to register with MyTaxOffice

  1. Request an introductory consultation to get started.
  2. Receive onboarding instructions and the office passcode directly from TrueVa.
  3. Find MyTaxOffice in your device’s app store and select Sign Up.
  4. Enter the office passcode and complete registration.
  5. Confirm your account is connected to our office before sharing documents.

The office passcode is provided privately. We do not publish it on our website.

Need help?

If you have trouble registering or signing in, contact TrueVa through our contact page. Do not send Social Security numbers, IDs, or tax documents through regular email or public forms.
